The 14th of July in France, it's a public holiday and there are firework displays in most cities. Depending on the city, it's on the 14th or the 13th.
So the 13th of July we went to St Michel and the missus really insisted we go to see the fireworks with the boy. So he stayed awake until 22h30, when they started. As you can see the boy was really happy to be outside.

He was very concentrated at the start during the fireworks and he didn't get scared of the noise
And still very happy on the way back
But the next morning we could see that he hadn't slept enough
But still had a smile on his face
