Holidays in the South of France

We had a wonderful week all together in the south of France. On the Mediterranean, near Bèziers. The mobile home that we rented in a caravan park was small but comfortable.(And cheap)
There was a great swimming pool, so it was a good opportunity for us to get his togs wet.
He looked a little hesitent at first, but soon got into the spirit.

Hanging out with dad by the pool.

The weather was good, but not really hot enough to warrant a splash in the ocean, so we contented ourselves with a stroll along the beach.

A hard earned break while riding through Sète, which is a beautiful city, full of history and the end of the Canal du Midi, which you will see further down the page.

We spent a day visiting Carcassonne, a fortified city in the central south of France.

loved chasing the pigeons that were nesting in the castle walls.

Yummy Picnic.

Kiss for papa.

Huge walls which make the city very photogenic.

Oooooooo, Pigeons.

Having a laugh over lunch in our cabin.

Here are some locks along the Canal du Midi

Flying the flag.

crossing a cute bridge along the canal.

A little picnic before our walk up the gorge.

Roquebrun, a small town with a big reputation for producing good wine.

The view from Elo's aunt's terrace in the Pyrenees.

Chilling out.

Having fun by the pool, we enjoyed being in the water too.

Checking out the Zebras at Montpellier zoo.
