Cape Range NP

Apres Exmouth, on est alle dans le parc Cape Range connu pour ses belles plages et le snorkelling. C'est le Ningaloo Reef NP, apparement un paradis pour voir les coraux et plein de poissons. Pas de chance pour moi, les courants sont tres fort et pas recommander pour les non nageurs, comme en plus je n'ai pas trouve de gilet de sauvetage, je me suis contentee des plages. Les plages sont un peu comme de l'autre cote de l'australie mais beaucoup moins populaire donc pas beaucoup de monde, j'adore... L'eau est comme d'hab, d'un bleu tres impressionnant et tres claire.
Not noted for my strong swimming, i thought it better to hire some snorkelling gear at Ningaloo Reef. Some friendly advice at the visitor information center about, Strong currents and Rips, followed by a newspaper article of a man who drowned there a few months earlier were encouragment enough. The pictures don't show how windy it was, which on the first day made the visability less than perfect, but still enjoyable. Our second day there was much calmer and my morning snorkel the best of them all. I think it is actually better than a lot of the Great Barrier Reef. The water was warm and the fish very friendly.
